Individual Features:
-Select an appropriate weight.
-Chest press:
-Adjust back pad to flat position with handles at chest level press handles straight out
-Incline press:
-Adjust back pad to incline position with handles at chest level press handles straight out.
-Shoulder press:
-Adjust back pad to upright position with handle at shoulder level press handles straight out.
-Pause slightly then slowly return to the starting position.
