Individual Features:
-Select an appropriate weight.
-Adjust seat pad to the desired position.
-Pectoral Fly
-Adjust swing arm to wide position,back to machine,then grasp lower handles to pull forward together in front
of body.
-Rear Deltoid
-Adjust swing arm to back position,face to machine,then grasp higher handles to pull backward apart slowly.
-Pause slightly then slowly return to the starting position.
